Customers can return or exchange items within 10 days of receiving the goods:
1.To return items please send us an email at email@example.com and follow the instructions included in your received package;
2.We prefer if you give us a reason for returning your item so that we can improve our service however, this is not mandatory nor will you have to pay any penalty.
3.Shipping and insurance charges are excluded from any merchandise available for refunds or exchanges;
4.Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as originally purchased and received otherwise customers will not be entitled to any refunds or exchange;
5.Sale items may be returned but only for an exchange with an item of the same or greater value;
6.All merchandise, including sale items, is available for an exchange with an item of the same or greater value;
7.Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in original condition.
As soon as your returned item has been received by our warehouse we will e-mail you and notify you.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. You are also entitled to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund for the same product, subject to availability.
